Shipment & Delivery
Orders are shipped Monday – Saturday. Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been processed.
Size Exchange Terms & Conditions
- Exchanges apply to size only, not color or model
- Requests must be made within 2 days after receiving the product
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and include an unboxing video
- Shipping costs to ALPHE and return shipping to the customer are the buyer’s responsibility
- Exchange process takes 3–5 working days after the item is received (excluding weekends & public holidays)
- If upon inspection the defect is not caused by ALPHE, the exchange will be canceled and the item will be returned to the customer
- Size exchange is limited to one time only

- Size exchange is subject to stock availability (cannot wait for restock, exchange for a different color/model, or request a refund)
- Returns and refunds are only applicable for defective items or incorrect shipments, and must include an unboxing video
